Dr. Langton received his Ph.D. in computer science from Brandeis and continues to work with researchers in various departments. Faculty in the computer science department include experts in data management, machine learning, computational linguistics, and human-computer interaction.

VisiTrend enjoys continued collaboration with Dr. Matthew Ward of WPI, an expert in information visualization who recently published Interactive Data Visualization.
Emory University is a leading research institution. The motivation for NDVis was born out of work conducted by Dr. Astrid Prinz in the biology department, who needed a tool to help visualize and analyze neuron simulation data. NDVis now has an open source version and VisiTrend continues to work with Dr. Prinz and associates to advance its features.
